Time Journey

Made with layers of different colored paper, painted over with gouache and finished with fine liner pens.

The illustration shows a hero´s journey where there are different doors that shows a key moment in time for his development. 
Start, crossing the threshold, meeting the mentor etc. 

This is all traditionally made, its a way of working I am very much interested in. Ive been working so much with digital art these last couple of years, right now I am all about the traditional stuff. The art has a whole different kind of vibe to it. 

I am also interested in going a way from the typical A4 dimensions, this one is very long and I had a lot of fun trying a new kind of composition.
